The Glasshouse Retreat

After experiencing Hydrotherm myself on a spa day treatment I knew it would be perfect for our new venture at Glass House Retreat. After sneaking back to covers to find out what was on the bed I eventually got in contact with Niki, the Hydrotherm customer relations director.

Niki was great and tailored the package to what we needed. We were creating a large team of therapists, so the option to become a trainer myself was perfect and has allowed me to provide ongoing support and training to my team around times that work for us.

John and Niki made the long drive to demo the treatment for us – all while we were still a building site! Within 15 minutes my back felt like new and John did a great job explaining the reasons behind Hydrotherm. My training was exceptional, and Tom – the trainer – was great.

I left feeling confident and excited to not only perform the treatment but to teach it too. All our staff love to use the Hydrotherm pillows and all our guests love having their treatments on them. The ongoing support has been brilliant, and you can tell everyone involved is passionate about their product, thank you to everyone at Hydrotherm!
